President - Francesca Pennini (Ferrara, 1984) She trained in a wild path ranging from butoh to gymnastics, from freediving to disco dance. She is a dancer for Sasha Waltz & Guests and choreographer for Balletto di Roma and the National Company of Malta. In 2007, she founded CollettivO CineticO as an ecosystem of constantly proliferating artists. Her research investigates the nature of the performative event with playful and rigorous formats across dance, theatre, and visual arts, ranging from the stage to urban spaces, from secret missions to virtual devices. She has signed over 50 creations, receiving numerous awards including: Jurislav Korenić Award Best Young Theatre Director; Rete Critica Award; Danza & Danza Award; Hystrio Iceberg Award; MESS Award - Birmingham; National Theatre Critics' Award; UBU Award for Best Dance Performance; Grand-Prix for Best Performance Festival MESS in Sarajevo; Ada D'Adamo Award for research and inclusivity.

Vice-President - Angelo Pedroni (Ferrara, 1984). After a university path in Mathematics and Philosophy, he trained as a theatre technician, specializing at ISTS in Avignon. He is a shiatsu therapist and a stable member of CollettivO CineticO since 2010, for which he is dramaturg and performer in numerous creations.

Treasurer - Carmine Parise (Crotone, 1993). He began as a competitive cyclist and followed theatrical study paths with Teatro delle Albe, Kinkaleri, and Societas Raffaello Sanzio. He collaborated as a dancer with La Veronal. Since 2012, he has artistically trained within CollettivO CineticO, for which he is a performer in numerous creations and a stable member of the company.

Board Member - Chedi Zanforlin (Ferrara, 1953) Graduated from teacher training college in 1971, in 1972 she began her professional activity at the Municipal Administration of Ferrara until 2007. Currently retired, she has always been interested and passionate about theatre and dance and has followed their cultural aspects over the years.
​
Board Member - Nicolino Fiscelli (Meldola, 1941) graduated as a chemical expert for the food industries at the G. Marconi Institute in Forlì in 1961, he was hired at the petroleum research center, now Giulio Natta, of Montecatini, where he carried out his professional activity until retirement. Over the years, he performed various duties in chemical laboratories and plants. In the last decades of his career, he was maintenance manager for the research center, pilot plants, and industrial plants for catalyst production. Despite his chemical background, he has always cultivated particular interests in theatre and cultural activities. In the past, he practiced running and rock climbing.
